Thai Yoga Massage, or "lazy man's yoga," is an ancient holistic therapy from Thailand blending acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga stretches on a floor mat with the recipient fully clothed, using hands, feet, knees, and elbows to improve energy flow, flexibility, circulation, and deep relaxation by working along energy lines (Sen lines).

Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic massage technique given through loose comfortable clothing, using a combination of fingers, thumbs, palms, and elbows to apply soft and strong pressure, stretches, and joint manipulation to acupuncture points (meridians) to balance the body's energy (chi/ki) and promote natural healing, relieve tension, reduce pain (like back pain, headaches), improve sleep, and boost overall well-being.
