libby ball - soft tissue therapist

Libby is a soft tissue specialist treating clients with pain and discomfort associated with acute and chronic injuries.

Libby offers clients a bespoke treatment plan that is client-focused to aid their own recovery. Her approach is holistic and caring and focuses specifically on down regulating the nervous system to relieve pain and discomfort, which has proven to achieve great results.

Libby qualified in June 2021 as a Soft Tissue Specialist at The School in Exmouth.  It is one of only 5 training centres nationally to be accredited by the Institute of Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM) to deliver the innovative BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy.

Libby has always been interested in manual therapy after working with various health care professionals to manage her own recovery both on a ruptured ACL knee injury and coping with chronic lower back pain. She has found a passion for a new career and is armed with the very latest evidence-based science and techniques to treat clients with a more neuro-centric bias.

When not at work, you will find Libby either on her road bike or doing yoga or more often than not, running around her two young boys who seem to have a similar passion for life!
